whimsical portraits

A few months ago I was introduced to Charmaine Wheatley during her time as Artist-in-
Residence at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. I was one of the lucky visitors to
have a 20 minute portrait sitting with this talented artist. Six months later, I went to the
museum thinking I was meeting about a project and was completely surprised to see that
I’d been included as part of an exhibit, on a wall, at the grand Museum. You could’ve
knocked me over with a feather; never expected the drawing to see the light of day.
There are at least 100 charming faces to see and snippets to read, captured by Charmaine
during her conversations with each person. Visit if you can!
